Neptune isn’t just a streaming tool. Neptune is the streamers best friend. When we first began developing Neptune, we had one goal in mind. Help as many people as we can.

Thats it.

We see the everyday struggles streamers have, big or small. They are all the same.

This is neptune.

Neptune protects streamers.
Neptune saves streamers.
Neptune grows streamers.
Neptune is THE community for streamers.

The best part? This is just the beginning.

How do I join Neptune?

The most straightforward way to join Neptune is to visit neptune.xtri.network and then click “Register for Free.” You can also find the summary of Neptune and an FAQ on this page.

After you click on “Register for Free” you will be forwarded to a new page. Go ahead and fill out all the necessary information to set up your account. If someone referred you, go ahead and put their username in the bottom box where it says “Referral Code (Optional).” Now that you have clicked register, you should get an email within a few minutes to finish activating your account.

Now that your account is active go ahead and try logging in. In your dashboard, you will be able to find some helpful information like your Triton balance, recent donations, and your donation link (Donation Portal). The first thing you are going to want to do after signing in is to set up 2FA.

To setup 2FA click settings in the top navigation bar in your dashboard. From here you will now see the user settings. Click on the big red button that says “Enable 2FA”. You will now be given a barcode you can scan with any authenticator app (For example, Google Authenticator). Once scanned, check your app and enter the six-digit code you are given and type it into the “Enter 2FA Code” box. After you click “Enable 2FA” you will be forwarded back to your dashboard. You should now be able to go back to your user settings and see that the red 2FA button is now gone.

How do I connect to streamlabs and get donation alerts?

From your dashboard, click on settings in the top navigation bar. From here scroll all the way down until you see the green “Connect with StreamLabs” button. Now log in with one of the available options, and authorize streamlabs access. You won’t need to do anything else, and you should now get donation alerts with every Neptune donation!

How can my viewers donate to me?

Setting up access to your donation portal is quite straightfoward. All you need to do is post the link of your donation portal somewhere your viewers can easily access it (Like your Twitch.tv info pannels). Your donation link can be found at the top of your dashboard under “Your Donation Portal.”2

Here is a photo you can use for your info panels. (Subject to change)

Currently, the easiest way to donate through Neptune is to buy Triton on an exchange like TradeOgre and then send it to your Triton address. To find your Triton address, click on your donation portal link, and it will be directly under “Send Triton to this address:”

When your viewers send Triton to your address, they will be given a Transaction ID. Next, they will need to paste that ID into the box that says “Transaction Hast of sent Triton.” Your viewers can also put in their username and a message that will be displayed with the donation alert. Lastly, all your viewers will need to do is click “Tip” and wait for the progress bar to fill up. Once the progress bar is filled, a donation alert will be sent to your stream.

What is the Neptune Extension?

The Neptune Extension is an addition to Neptune that allows you to generate more income while streaming. This extension allows your viewers to spare a small amount of power from their PC to mine Triton. Mining Triton with Neptune will not cause any harmful effects on a viewers PC nor will it cause any noticeable performance issues. To learn more about all of the Neptune Extension’s features, please visit our download page.
